Depending on the project needs , When the client requirements are very clear and are not subject to frequent changes, we can provide a full technical and financial proposal including timeline and cost estimate. This helps the client get a predictable output and a timeline. For clients who are agile and are looking to evolve the product iteratively (which is most of our clients), we show them several templates and examples till we choose together 100% of the requirements. Also, there are times when clients are not able to put their ideas, processes in a way that can be communicated well with an agency. We then engage in discovery sprints with the client at the end of which they will receive a document and a product roadmap with an approximate timeline and cost.

However, we have the following feedbacks from the clients: • First client refused and insist to be exactly as he sent. • Second client accepted what we did as it looks better for him. 3.One client shows us some examples and wants to do similar, and when we did similar, he doesn’t like and ask to change again. We keep changing till we get his acceptance. 4.We received full details from one client to do mobile application, we gave him several programming languages to choose one, he chose one language and asked our team to do it. 5.We didn’t refuse any client request to reduce our company fee. so, our company is open to deal with any client request the way they like in professional way.
