Usually we start with an intro call, to discuss needs, figure out if the client has any technical documents or requirements. When we have specifications, we create rough estimates and a proposal that includes discovery phase. Usually discovery phase takes 2-3 weeks. During this process our Solution Architect communicates with clients, clarifies all necessary and additional features, preoritizes them, prepares a detailed roadmap for further development and estimates it. After everything finalized we start cooperation. We have 2 approaches we usually use: dedicated team and time&material (based on milestones).
