No Limit partnered with Unique Group to create Aquila Subsea, an AI-driven chat solution designed to provide instant and accurate responses to a wide range of technical queries. This solution is based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), leveraging a comprehensive database of over 10,000 survey equipment solutions, including manuals, data sheets, and manufacturer information. The database is continuously updated to include the latest technical information and best practices, ensuring that subsea professionals receive precise and reliable support at all times. By integrating AI technology, Aquila Subsea can interpret and understand complex technical queries, providing users with detailed and accurate answers in real-time. This innovation represents a significant leap forward in how technical support is provided in the subsea industry, reducing the reliance on manual searches and human intervention.
Process & Results
Our team began by thoroughly understanding the challenges subsea engineers faced. This involved conducting extensive interviews and surveys with industry professionals to identify common issues and information gaps. We developed the Aquila Subsea Chatbot using advanced AI and RAG, focusing on building a robust database filled with critical technical resources.
