MSO Tool is a software application designed to manage the cycle of life of SKY network outages. It manages and monitors the communication network by integrating with business-critical diagnostic services. Originally intended as a management tool for the operators, it gradually evolved into an enlightened software that provides a high level of automation, leading to the streamline of its initial purpose. A new analytics interface has been integrated to enhance the software application, leveraging an OpenSearch database to track the tool events. Utilizing Vue.js graph components, bespoke visualizations have been crafted to meet client specifications and provide operators with additional metrics to monitor and control the application flow.

The team working on the software applied an agile methodology to meet the customer's needs and development requirements and create a successful experience.

The tool progressively reached a status where it is deemed critical, requiring punctual supervision and prompt intervention when anomalies occur.
