Upvolt Second life batteries

We developed for upvolt a service management system for electronic devices that can be used to track the repair workflow from start to finish. Because they need a transition time from the previous system, we integrated features with the existing system, while offering new and improved functionalities. We developed features like time-tracking, stocks, orders, estimates, and integrations with email and sms delivery cloud services.

Problem

Current cloud solution that they used did not offer all the functionalities they needed, and did not offer extended customization possibilities.

Solution

We developed for upvolt a service management system for electronic devices that can be used to track the repair workflow from start to finish. Because they need a transition time from the previous system, we integrated features with the existing system, while offering new and improved functionalities. We developed features like time-tracking, stocks, orders, estimates, and integrations with email and sms delivery cloud services.

We also developed some of the functionalities in the old software , but simplified the work flow.

We integrated other software such as shopify and accounting software.
