Tadawul is a stock exchange in Saudi Arabia. Tadawul Security Division planning to implement Identity and Access Management Solution based on SailPoint Identity IQ, integrate core applications and automate access request provisioning.

Challenges

• The access request process had multiple levels of approvals.
• The access request form had many attributes which are not part of the user profile.
• Applications did not support OOTB integrations.
• Users not open to change the existing access request and certification processes.

Solution

Custom developed user access request forms and approval workflows to meet the customer expectations. Closely worked with the IAM vendor. Planned phased approach to deliver the project. Completed SailPoint upgrade without impacting the BAU activities.
