2. Set up a conference call to discuss the details of the project.
3. Depending on the client's request:
- Provide our estimation of the project which includes: the number of hours needed to implement the project, the number of developers (if it is necessary to implement the project by a certain time), developers' rates, the approximate cost of project development.
- Within 48 hours, we select the necessary developers to the existing client's team, which meet the required parameters.
4. Setting up the workflow. We help to choose the project management tools, daily (weekly) iterations tools, communication tools.
5. The developer or the selected team starts to work.
