Initially there will be a consultation period where the client's requirements are examined in detail. We would typically look to minimise the scope and cost of the project in order to generate practical achievable deliverables within agreed timescales.
We would generally produce a Project Definition document to agree the key project deliverables and timescales. Other project artefacts such as wireframe models etc may also be produced at this stage.
During the implementation phase there is continuous dialog with the client, with our Agile design practises allowing for flexibility as new information comes to light.
An evolving project prototype will be continuously available to the client."
